Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from settings; the subscription stops at the end of the current billing month. Full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
Does the free tier need a credit card?
No. The free tier opens a folio so you can read The Record (real claim case files), the insurance glossary, and the coverage primers. No card on file, no trial timer.
Does Beta cover my whole household?
Yes. The Beta plan is per-household, not per-seat. Invite up to four authorized users at no extra cost — they all share one folio.
Is my policy data private?
Yes. Policy uploads are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with carriers, brokers, or adjusters. Your policy is processed by OpenAI under our standard commercial processor agreement; see Privacy for details. Export or delete anytime.
